Q/ Do you have a showroom?
A/ Yes, our factory showroom is located in Marrickville Sydney, open between 8-4.30 M-F. Please call for an appointment.

Q/ What is your order turnaround time?
A/ About a week from sign off. For emergencies, we do offer a Guaranteed 24 Hour Service on selected items.

Q/ Can I mix styles, colours & sizes in my printed or embroidered cap order? 
A/ Yes, of course. The order can be exactly what you require.

Q/ Do you have a Minimum Custom Cap or Beanie Order?
A/ Yes, our minimum order is $240 plus GST.

Q/ Do you take Credit Cards?
A/ Yes, we take Visa, Mastercard & Amex. We pass on 2.5% for Amex.

Q/ Do you ship Australia Wide?
A/ Yes, we have very good rates with Startrack. The packages are quick and traceable.

Q/ Do you sell plain Caps?
A/ Yes, all the caps, hats & beanies you see in our ranges are for sale plain, embroidered or printed.
